- Develop, implement, and review curricula for Science subjects at the senior secondary level.

- Analyze board examination results and suggest improvements to teaching strategies.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers on Science pedagogy and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and promote a holistic learning environment.
- Foster a culture of inquiry-based learning and encourage students to explore Science concepts through experiments and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and the wider community to promote Science education.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Contribute to the development of a Science lab and equip it with modern facilities and resources.
- Oversee the Science department's administrative tasks, such as inventory management and budgeting.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you should have a post-graduate degree in Science, a B.Ed qualification, and at least 5 years of teaching experience. A NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
