Train and supervise lab attendants and helpers to maintain cleanliness, assist students during experiments, and report any damage immediately. Ensure first-aid kits and fire extinguishers are accessible and emergency procedures are displayed clearly.
Coordinate with science and IT coordinators to align lab activities with curriculum milestones. Prepare monthly utilization reports and submit them to the principal for review. Oversee calibration of measuring instruments and maintenance of digital microscopes and smart boards.
Handle procurement requests, liaise with vendors for timely delivery, and verify invoices before payment. You will also assist during PTMs by setting up demo equipment and troubleshooting technical issues in the presence of parents.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with at least 3 years of experience in lab management or administration in a school or college environment are eligible. Prior experience in inventory control, vendor coordination, and team supervision is preferred.
