Job Overview
As a PRT Dance Teacher at Adarsh Senior Secondary School, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of dancers and artists. Our Dance program aims to nurture students' creativity, discipline, and passion for the performing arts. We seek an experienced and dedicated Dance Teacher who can inspire and motivate our students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Dance lessons to students of various age groups and skill levels
- Develop and implement Dance curricula that align with the school's vision and goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Dance with other subjects and activities
- Maintain a safe and organized teaching environment that promotes student well-being and engagement
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share student progress and updates
- Participate in school events and performances to showcase student talent and creativity
- Contribute to the development of the school's Dance program and policies

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Dance or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required for teaching positions
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Dance or a related subject
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
