Role Summary:
Senior Dance Teacher required at Banasthali Public School New Delhi to head the Dance department in West Delhi. As a senior member of the teaching staff, you will be responsible for teaching Dance to students, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the school's academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging Dance lessons to students in grades 1-12.
- Develop and implement the Dance curriculum for the school.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members in the Dance department.
- Contribute to the school's Board results by ensuring excellent student performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate Dance into the school's overall curriculum.
- Plan and execute Dance events, performances, and competitions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Develop and manage resources for the Dance department.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Dance or related field.
- 5 years of experience in teaching Dance at a reputable school.
- NET or SET qualification in Dance or related field preferred.
