Job Overview
Deepanshu Public Sr. Sec. School, a well-established Senior Secondary school in Patel Nagar, West Delhi, is seeking an experienced Dance Teacher to lead our Dance department as a PRT. As a senior Dance department role, you will be responsible for curriculum ownership, mentorship of junior staff, and contributing to our school's mission to provide holistic education.

Day-to-Day Duties
As a PRT Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, developing, and delivering Dance curriculum to students of Deepanshu Public Sr. Sec. School
- Mentoring junior teachers and supporting their professional growth
- Contributing to the development of school's academic and co-curricular policies
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure Dance is integrated into the school's overall curriculum
- Participating in school events and competitions
- Maintaining a well-organized and student-friendly learning environment in the Dance studio
- Developing and implementing assessments to measure student learning outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborating with other teachers to plan and deliver co-curricular activities
- Attending staff meetings and contributing to the decision-making process
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge

Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A B.Ed degree or D.El.Ed with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- A passion for Dance education and a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring
- A strong understanding of Dance curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory
