About This Role
We invite a motivated PRT Dance Teacher to join our dynamic team at Rich Harvest Public School, Patel Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our students' love for dance and creative expression. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Dance, with a strong teaching background and a flair for engaging young minds.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Dance lessons to students of various age groups, creating an enjoyable and stimulating learning environment.
- Develop and implement Dance curricula that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Dance with other subjects, promoting holistic learning.
- Prepare students for Dance-related competitions and performances, encouraging confidence and self-expression.
- Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school events, such as cultural festivals and concerts, to showcase students' talents.
- Stay updated with the latest Dance trends and techniques, sharing knowledge with colleagues and students.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as lesson planning and reporting, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the overall development of the school's Dance department, suggesting innovative ideas and approaches.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Dance or a related field is essential for this role. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification is also required. Candidates with a TET or CTET certification are preferred, but not mandatory. We value experience and a passion for teaching Dance, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
