Assess students through informal quizzes, dictation, and sentence-building activities.
Organize monthly English recitation competitions to build confidence in public speaking.
Maintain neat attendance and assessment records for each class.
Attend weekly department meetings to review lesson plans and share student progress.
Participate in school events such as annual day functions and parent-teacher meetings.
