Role Summary
We are seeking a talented PRT Evs Teacher to join our diverse and dynamic team at Rich Harvest Public School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Environmental Science and other related subjects to students from grade 1 to 5. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that every student receives personalized attention and support.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes that promote academic excellence.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide regular feedback to parents on student performance.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching practices and technologies to ensure that our students receive the best possible education.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote community engagement and social responsibility.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree in Environmental Science or a related field. A valid B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification is necessary for this position. CTET or TET certification is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and a strong passion for teaching Environmental Science to students from grade 1 to 5.
