About This Role
Rich Harvest Public School, a premier educational institution in Patel Nagar, West Delhi, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated PRT (Primary Research Teacher) Hindi to join its faculty as a senior member. The successful candidate will be expected to take on a leadership role in the Hindi department, mentoring junior staff and contributing to the school's academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a senior Hindi faculty member, the PRT will be responsible for:
* Curriculum ownership and development for Hindi language and literature
* Mentoring and guiding junior teachers in the Hindi department
* Preparing and delivering high-quality lessons to students
* Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
* Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to improve student outcomes
* Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures related to Hindi education
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure a well-rounded education for students
* Participating in school events and activities to promote Hindi language and culture
* Maintaining accurate records and reports on student progress and departmental activities
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, the candidate should possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field
* A valid B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution
* At least 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school
* Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualifications in Hindi
* Strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role will be in the range of Rs.18,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
