* Board results: Collaborating with colleagues to analyze and improve student performance in Music exams.
* Lesson planning: Creating engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
* Classroom management: Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment in the Music classroom.
* Parent-teacher communication: Keeping parents informed about their child's progress and collaborating with them to address any concerns.
* Staff development: Participating in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in Music education.
* Assessment and evaluation: Developing and administering assessments to evaluate student learning in Music.
* Budget management: Managing the Music department budget to ensure effective use of resources.

* A B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
* A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior role.
