Job Overview
As a senior PRT Science Teacher at Gd Goenka Public School in Patel Nagar, West Delhi, you will be responsible for leading the Science department and contributing to the academic excellence of our students. Day-to-Day Duties
* Develop and implement engaging Science curricula for classes VI to X
* Conduct regular science workshops and lectures to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students
* Mentor junior staff members to improve their teaching skills and subject knowledge
* Analyze and improve board results in Science, working closely with the Head of Department and administration
* Collaborate with teachers across departments to integrate Science into the overall curriculum
* Attend and participate in staff meetings, departmental meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
* Develop and manage Science resources, including textbooks, equipment, and facilities
* Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Science teaching methods and materials
Required Qualifications
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
* NET or SET in Science or a related field (preferably)
* Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills in Science
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
