About This Role
Sm Arya Public School Punjabi Bagh aims to provide quality education to the students of West Delhi, and we need a dedicated PRT Science Teacher to join our team. As a Science teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them develop a curiosity for the subject.
Your Students
Our students are the future of West Delhi, and they come from diverse backgrounds. You will be teaching students from classes 6 to 8, and your task will be to make Science a fascinating subject for them. Our students are eager to learn and are looking for a teacher who can inspire them to explore the world of Science.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to classes 6 to 8, making the subject interactive and fun for our students.
- Prepare and teach Science experiments, projects, and activities that promote hands-on learning.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement a Science curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education for our students.
- Encourage student participation and involvement in Science exhibitions, fairs, and competitions.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Science and Technology.
Eligibility Criteria
- A graduate in Science (B.Sc.) with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is required for this position.
- A Certificate of Eligibility from the West Delhi Education Department (CTET/ TET) is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching Science to classes 6 to 8 is required.
- Strong knowledge of the Science curriculum and a passion for teaching the subject.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits
