What You Will Do
Organise and conduct individual counselling sessions for students with academic, emotional, or social concerns.

Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify and address student behavioural or emotional challenges.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and progress reports for administrative review.
Organise workshops on stress management, career guidance, and mental health awareness.
Advise school leadership on student well-being policies and intervention strategies.
Coordinate with external psychologists or specialists when additional support is needed.
Monitor and report on student mental health trends to inform school decisions.
Required Qualifications
Must have a postgraduate degree in Psychology or Counselling Psychology from a recognised university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in psychological counselling within an educational setting.
Experience working in West Delhi schools or similar environments preferred.
Knowledge of child psychology and adolescent mental health is essential.
