Role Summary
Rich Harvest Public School is looking for a dynamic Skating Coach to lead and grow its skating program in West Delhi. The Skating Coach will oversee the development and execution of skating activities for students aged 6 to 16. Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and conduct skating sessions for students in Patel Nagar and nearby areas. Ensure each session follows safety protocols and uses proper equipment. Monitor student progress and maintain records of attendance and performance.
Organize inter-school skating events and competitions in West Delhi. Collaborate with sports coordinators to align skating activities with the school’s annual sports calendar. Prepare reports on event outcomes and student achievements.
Manage a small team of skating assistants and volunteers. Conduct regular briefings on safety, technique, and student engagement. Address concerns raised by parents or students promptly.
Oversee the maintenance of skating infrastructure within the school premises. Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and repair. Ensure all skating gear meets safety standards before use.
Day-to-day liaison with school management to update on program status and resource needs. Attend staff meetings and contribute to decisions on sports facility upgrades. Represent Rich Harvest Public School at local sports forums when required.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a passion for skating and at least three years of coaching experience are invited to apply. Prior work in school sports programs or community centers in Delhi will be preferred. Certifications in first aid and sports safety are desirable but not mandatory.
