Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs in collaboration with the school counselor and parents.

4. Maintain accurate records of student development, interventions, and outcomes for reporting.
5. Organize and conduct workshops for parents on managing learning differences at home.
6. Coordinate with external therapists and specialists to ensure holistic support for students.
7. Assist in creating a sensory-friendly environment within the school premises.
8. Provide leadership in organizing school-wide awareness programs on inclusion and diversity.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Special Education or a related field from a recognized university is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in special education within a school setting is required. Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting is essential.
Skills We Value
