Day-to-Day Duties

Collaborate with parents, counselors, and external therapists to monitor progress.
Organize resource materials and adaptive teaching tools in the special education unit.
Conduct classroom observations to assess student engagement and participation levels.
Liaise with Delhi government officials during periodic compliance audits.
Train support staff on basic sign language and behavior management techniques.
Maintain confidential student records in line with school and RTE norms.
Prepare quarterly reports on learning outcomes for the school leadership team.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: B.Ed or D.El.Ed with two years’ experience in special education.
Good to Have: RCI registration or prior work in West Delhi schools.
