Day-to-Day Duties
- Supervise and coordinate special education programs and activities
- Assist in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate special education into regular classroom instruction
- Monitor and maintain student records and progress reports
- Provide support and resources for students with disabilities
- Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and other stakeholders regarding special education needs
- Assist in the planning and implementation of special events and activities
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for students with special needs
Required Qualifications
Must Have: B.Ed, D.El.Ed, 3 years of experience in special education or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Good to Have: TET/CTET, experience working with students with diverse abilities, knowledge of special education laws and policies in India.
