About This Role
The Special Educator at Tesws Ramkrishna Sr. Sec. School will lead inclusive education initiatives for students with diverse learning needs in Patel Nagar, West Delhi. The role involves designing and monitoring Individualized Education Plans and collaborating with parents and therapists. This position ensures compliance with national guidelines while fostering an accessible school environment.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and implement Individualized Education Programs for students with special needs.
Monitor student progress through regular assessments and record-keeping.
Coordinate with parents, therapists, and external agencies for support services.
Train classroom staff on inclusive teaching strategies and adaptive materials.
Organize assistive technology and sensory tools within budget limits.
Conduct awareness sessions for teachers and support staff on disability sensitivities.
Maintain documentation required for government and school audits.
Report to the school administration on program effectiveness quarterly.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in Psychology, Education, or Special Education.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with specialization in Special Education.
Minimum 2 years of experience in special education or related roles.
Experience in managing IEP documentation and government reporting.
Good to Have
Experience in a school setting in West Delhi.
Familiarity with Delhi government’s inclusive education policies.
Skills We Value

Ability to handle administrative tasks while maintaining sensitivity and patience.
Perks and Pay
Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
