2. Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective classroom management and instructional delivery.
3. Conduct regular academic progress monitoring and provide feedback to teachers.
4. Collaborate with teachers to design and implement assessment and evaluation tools.
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
6. Facilitate parent-teacher meetings and address parental concerns.
7. Assist in maintaining the school's academic database and records.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the principal.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate should possess a postgraduate degree (MA/M.Com/M.Sc) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, is essential. B.Ed/D.El.Ed is not required, but preferred. CTET/TET certification is not mandatory.
