Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science to students of classes VI to X, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, ensuring student participation and understanding.
- Conduct experiments and demonstrations to illustrate scientific concepts.
- Encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and develop scientific inquiry skills.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about student progress.
- Participate in school events, such as science fairs and exhibitions, to showcase student work.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education, incorporating innovative methods and materials into the classroom.
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-graduate degree in Science (Biology, Physics, or Chemistry) with a specialization in Science Education.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- TET/CTET certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
