Conducting regular lab sessions with proper safety measures, supervising experiments, and maintaining lab equipment. Assisting in preparing students for board examinations by offering additional guidance and revision sessions.
Participating in school events like science fairs, competitions, and workshops to promote interest in STEM fields. Collaborating with teachers from other subjects to integrate science concepts across disciplines when relevant.
Ensuring students meet the school’s academic standards while fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Keeping detailed records of student progress and submitting reports as required by the school.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Science with specialization in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology. Possess either a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification for teaching positions in schools.
Minimum three years of teaching experience at the TGT level in a similar academic setting. Experience in using digital learning tools and educational software is highly beneficial.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this position. Familiarity with CBSE syllabus and examination patterns is essential for effective classroom teaching.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.25,000 to Rs.45,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is based in Patel Nagar, West Delhi, offering a convenient location for commuting.
