To qualify, a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, along with a postgraduate qualification in Botany or a related field. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. A strong command of English and Gujarat’s regional language is beneficial for effective communication.
