PRT Science Teacher Position at Adani International School, Ahmedabad
Adani International School in Ahmedabad seeks a dedicated PRT (Post Graduate Teacher) in Science to join its dynamic team. The role will support students in developing a strong foundation in physics, chemistry, and biology through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
The PRT will be responsible for delivering science lessons across various grades, ensuring alignment with the curriculum while adapting teaching styles to suit different learning levels. Daily classroom management will include planning lessons, conducting experiments, and maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment. Collaboration with the science department will be essential for curriculum development, resource sharing, and student progress tracking. Participation in school events, parent-teacher interactions, and extracurricular science activities will also be part of the role. The teacher will assess student performance through projects, quizzes, and practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback to guide their academic growth.
To qualify, a graduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. A minimum of two years of teaching experience is preferred, though recent graduates with strong subject knowledge may be considered. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Passion for science education and the ability to inspire students through innovative teaching methods are key requirements.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a globally recognized educational institution in Ahmedabad.
