Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Political Science or a related field. A strong foundation in political theory, Indian Constitution, and comparative politics is essential. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with CBSE or state board syllabi is a plus. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
