Key Duties
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and project work that align with the state board standards. Mentor students for examinations and competitive exams, encouraging analytical thinking and problem‑solving. Maintain records of attendance, grades, and progress reports accurately.
Professional Skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to integrate technology and digital tools into classroom teaching. Strong organizational skills for managing class schedules and extracurricular responsibilities.
Salary
Rs.35,000 - Rs.55,000 per month, payable as per school policy.
