Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the Gujarat Board curriculum for classes 9 to 12.
2. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student understanding and problem-solving skills.
3. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and assignments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with the school’s academic team to integrate mathematics into interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities.
5. Maintain a well-organized classroom environment, ensuring clear communication and a supportive learning atmosphere.
6. Prepare and update lesson plans, worksheets, and study materials to supplement classroom instruction.
7. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and workshops to promote mathematics education effectively.
8. Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in mathematics teaching to continuously improve teaching methods.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
