What You Will Do
Prepare lesson plans aligned with the CBSE Science curriculum for middle school students. Integrate simulations and virtual labs into daily teaching to enhance understanding of physics, chemistry, and biology concepts. Maintain Google Classroom for assignments, quizzes, and feedback to ensure continuous engagement.
Use digital whiteboards to demonstrate experiments and solve numerical problems step-by-step. Create short video lessons for revision and share them on the LMS for students to review at home. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot basic classroom technology issues promptly.
Assess students using online quizzes and digital worksheets, then analyze performance trends to adjust teaching strategies. Encourage students to participate in science fairs and virtual competitions organized by the school. Document student progress digitally for easy tracking and reporting.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in middle school science is required. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
Skills We Value
Fluency in using Google Classroom, Kahoot, and PhET simulations for interactive lessons is necessary. Digital literacy, including familiarity with LMS platforms and basic troubleshooting, is expected. Strong communication skills to explain scientific concepts in simple language are important.
