PGT Fine Arts Teacher Position at Shri O P Jindal Vidya Niketan in Mundra, Kachchh
Shri O P Jindal Vidya Niketan invites experienced educators to join as a PGT Fine Arts Teacher in its Kachchh campus. Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts from a recognized university. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to ensure effective classroom instruction. Prior teaching experience in Fine Arts for at least two years is essential, especially in secondary or senior secondary levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement innovative lesson plans for Fine Arts, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and state board guidelines.
2. Conduct hands-on art activities, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media, to enhance students’ creative expression.
3. Assess students’ work through practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback to improve their artistic skills.
4. Collaborate with the art department to organize exhibitions, workshops, and cultural events that promote artistic growth.
5. Maintain a well-stocked art room with necessary materials, tools, and resources to support teaching activities.
6. Prepare and update lesson plans based on student feedback and evolving educational trends in Fine Arts.
7. Participate in school-wide activities, including parent-teacher meetings and curriculum reviews, to ensure holistic student development.
8. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore their artistic potential.
