3. Prepare and maintain detailed lesson plans, syllabus updates, and assessment tools to support both board and competitive exam preparations.

5. Collaborate with the science department to integrate botany with interdisciplinary subjects like environmental science and agriculture.
6. Evaluate student performance through continuous assessment, including internal exams, projects, and practical evaluations.
7. Participate in curriculum reviews and suggest improvements based on student feedback and evolving educational trends.
8. Assist in organizing science fairs, competitions, and extracurricular events related to botany and environmental awareness.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Botany or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of four years of teaching experience in botany or a science subject is essential. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, prior experience in Gujarat schools will be an advantage.
