Qualification
A graduate degree from a recognized university is essential. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and execution of the school’s music curriculum, ensuring alignment with the institution’s educational objectives. Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and supervise any external instructors or artists engaged for workshops and events.
Lead the development of student ensembles, organize performances, and maintain records of participation and achievements.
Handle budgeting for instruments, audio equipment, and event logistics while ensuring optimal utilization of the school’s facilities.
Collaborate with the principal and senior staff to integrate music initiatives into broader school programs, fostering a vibrant cultural environment.
Prepare regular reports on program progress, student engagement, and resource needs for senior management review.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements related to music activities and equipment.
Salary
Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
