Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Physics lessons for classes 11 and 12, covering mechanics, electromagnetism, optics and modern physics.
Design laboratory experiments and demonstrations that reinforce theoretical concepts and develop students’ analytical skills.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments and projects, providing timely feedback and remedial support where needed.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews and school‑wide events, contributing ideas to improve the Science programme.
Required Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physics or a related science discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is mandatory; TET/CTET qualification is preferred.
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a recognized school.
Skills and Competencies
Strong command of the Physics syllabus prescribed by the Gujarat State Board.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire curiosity among adolescents.
Proficiency in using digital tools and virtual labs to enhance classroom interaction.
Good communication skills in English and Gujarati, with a collaborative attitude towards colleagues and parents.
Salary and Benefits
