Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Gujarati lessons for classes IX to XII in alignment with the school curriculum. Prepare engaging teaching aids, worksheets and assessments to enhance language proficiency. Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback and support remedial classes for students needing extra help. Participate in departmental meetings, school events and parent‑teacher interactions. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and classroom activities.
Required Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Gujarati or related discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET. Must possess strong command over Gujarati literature, grammar and contemporary teaching methodologies.
Experience
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a recognized school. Experience in handling senior secondary Gujarati classes is essential.
Salary
Rs.36,000 - Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Employment Type
Full‑time position with regular school hours and duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
