PRT (Pupil Teacher) for EVS at Dholakiya International School, Gondal
Dholakiya International School in Gondal is seeking a dedicated PRT to teach Environmental Studies (EVS) to students in classes 1 to 5. This role requires hands-on experience in engaging young learners through practical, nature-based activities. You will design lesson plans that blend classroom instruction with field trips, ensuring students understand environmental concepts like ecosystems, conservation, and sustainability.
Your daily responsibilities include conducting interactive EVS sessions, using age-appropriate visuals and experiments to explain topics like pollution, biodiversity, and climate change. You will also assist in organizing school projects, workshops, and outdoor learning experiences that reinforce classroom learning. Collaborating with other teachers to integrate EVS themes into cross-curricular activities is essential.
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Experience in teaching EVS to elementary students and familiarity with Gujarat’s curriculum standards will be highly beneficial. The role offers a competitive salary of Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with opportunities to grow within a supportive educational environment.
