Job Description
PRT Science Teacher position at Patanjali School in Rajkot requires a dedicated educator to inspire young minds in the sciences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering curiosity and practical learning in students through hands-on experiments and interactive lessons.
Teach core science subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology across grades 1 to 8. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum while incorporating modern teaching methods. Conduct experiments and demonstrations to make abstract concepts tangible for students, ensuring safety protocols are always followed.
Prepare and maintain well-organized lab resources and classroom materials. Assess student understanding through quizzes, projects, and practical evaluations while providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with the science department to plan interdisciplinary activities and events that enhance learning outcomes.
Hold yourself accountable for maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Represent the school at science-related events and competitions, both locally and regionally. Ensure regular attendance and punctuality to meet the demands of this full-time position.
Hold a graduate degree in Science or an equivalent field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for this role. Two years of relevant teaching experience at the primary or upper primary level is required. Salary for this position is Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month. This role is based in Rajkot, Gujarat.
