Strategic Responsibilities
- Design and implement the mathematics curriculum aligned with state standards and the school’s ethos.

- Coordinate inter‑departmental projects that integrate mathematics with science and technology.
- Mentor new TGT Mathematics teachers and guide them through classroom management and pedagogy.
- Represent the mathematics department in school management meetings and contribute to policy decisions.
- Organise and supervise mathematics Olympiads, competitions and extra‑curricular clubs.
- Monitor resource utilisation, maintain laboratory equipment and suggest upgrades.
- Participate in the School TGT Mathematics Opening committee to ensure transparent recruitment and placement.
What You Bring
A post‑graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed and a minimum of three years’ teaching experience in mathematics. Successful candidates will have a strong record of classroom achievement and preferably have cleared TET/CTET. Demonstrated leadership in curriculum planning, team coordination or department‑level initiatives is essential. Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati, and a commitment to the disciplined culture of a Sainik school, are required.
