Dance Teacher Job in Vadodara, Gujarat | School Vacancy
Qualification
Candidate must hold a graduate degree preferably in arts, physical education or related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed is desirable, and TET/CTET certification will be an added advantage. Minimum two years of experience managing extracurricular programmes, especially dance, is required.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise and supervise the school’s dance curriculum and related events, ensuring alignment with the institution’s cultural objectives. Coordinate schedules, manage budgets for costumes, music and equipment, and liaise with external artists for workshops and performances.
Lead a team of assistants, conduct regular training sessions, and evaluate the progress of participants, maintaining records of attendance and achievements.
Collaborate with senior management to integrate dance activities into annual functions, festivals and inter‑school competitions, promoting student engagement and community outreach.
Ensure safety standards are upheld during rehearsals and performances, handling logistics such as venue setup, lighting and sound arrangements.
Prepare periodic reports on programme outcomes, attendance and financial utilisation for the school administration.
Salary
Rs.15,000 – Rs.32,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
