- Develop schedules, maintain attendance records and manage inventory of instruments and equipment.
- Conduct assessments of student progress and prepare reports for parents and senior management.
- Lead the selection and recruitment of qualified music staff and provide mentorship.
- Coordinate inter‑school competitions, concerts and cultural festivals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and school policies in the music department.
- Manage budget allocations, procurement and vendor relationships for musical resources.
