- Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and coordinate departmental initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and report student progress to senior staff in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Post‑graduate degree in Physics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification required; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring students in the sciences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment and support student learning outcomes.
Salary
Rs.40,000 – Rs.70,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
