Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and implement unit-based projects that integrate Computer Science with other subjects, fostering interdisciplinary learning. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate technology into lesson plans, ensuring seamless integration with school initiatives. Participate in school-wide events like coding competitions or tech fairs to showcase student achievements. Maintain updated teaching resources, including textbooks, software demos, and digital tools, to support diverse learning styles.
Periodic Responsibilities
Assist in organizing workshops or training sessions for parents on digital safety, coding basics, or career opportunities in tech fields. Review and update assessment tools, such as quizzes and projects, to ensure fairness and relevance to current educational standards. Represent the school at local educational forums or guest lectures to promote Computer Science education in Vadodara.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least three years of teaching experience, preferably in Computer Science or related subjects. A graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, experience in teaching students from Class 6 to 12 is highly beneficial.
