Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi lessons to Primary (Class I‑V) students in line with the school curriculum.
Create engaging classroom activities that develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in Hindi.
Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments and oral evaluations, providing feedback to parents and senior staff.
Maintain classroom discipline, prepare lesson plans and keep accurate records of attendance and performance.
Participate in staff meetings, school events and continuous professional development programs.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the primary level.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Good command of Hindi language, both written and spoken, and basic proficiency in English.
Ability to use digital tools and interactive media for classroom instruction.
Desired Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
Creative approach to lesson planning and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
