Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for youth development are crucial. Knowledge of local sports regulations and community engagement practices is a plus. Familiarity with school administration tools and reporting systems will be beneficial. Experience in Gujarat’s educational or sports sector would be advantageous.
