TGT Gujarati Teacher Job at Shannen School in Vadodara
Shannen School on Vip Road in Vadodara seeks a dedicated TGT Gujarati Teacher to inspire students with a strong foundation in the language. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000, making it an attractive opportunity for passionate educators.
The role demands expertise in designing engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s academic goals while keeping students actively involved. Your ability to structure lessons effectively—whether through interactive discussions, storytelling, or practical exercises—will shape learning outcomes.
Curriculum alignment is key here. You’ll ensure that each teaching session connects to broader learning objectives, reinforcing concepts while adapting to diverse student abilities. Whether it’s tailoring activities for beginners or reinforcing advanced grammar, your planning must reflect both depth and accessibility.
Assessment design is another critical part of your responsibilities. You’ll create fair and meaningful evaluations—oral, written, or performance-based—that gauge student progress accurately. Feedback should be constructive, encouraging growth while identifying areas needing improvement.
Tracking student progress is essential for personalized learning. Regular observations, periodic tests, and discussions with parents will help identify strengths and challenges. Your role isn’t just about teaching but nurturing a love for Gujarati through consistent, supportive guidance.
This position thrives on creativity and adaptability. If you thrive in a structured yet dynamic school environment and are eager to contribute to Shannen School’s linguistic and academic excellence, this could be the perfect fit.
