Job Description
TGT Hindi Teacher – Shannen School | Fatehgunj, Vadodara
Teaching
Deliver engaging Hindi lessons to classes as per the curriculum, fostering language skills and cultural appreciation. Utilize interactive methods and multimedia resources to enhance student participation. Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
Planning & Assessment
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and worksheets aligned with syllabus objectives. Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback. Analyze results to identify areas for improvement and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
Student Support & Coordination
Offer extra help to students needing additional guidance in Hindi. Coordinate with senior teachers and school staff for inter‑subject activities and events. Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
Administration
Maintain accurate attendance and academic records. Update grade books and submit required reports within stipulated timelines. Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related field with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the TGT level in a school setting.
Salary
Rs.18,000 – Rs.40,000 per month
