- Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, parents, and administrative staff to address concerns and improve student welfare.
- Lead financial management, including budgeting, procurement, and auditing, to optimize resources for educational initiatives.
- Represent the school at district-level forums, parent-teacher meetings, and community engagement events.
- Monitor academic progress, identify areas for improvement, and work with the principal to refine teaching standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including fire drills, emergency preparedness, and compliance with health and hygiene standards.
Qualification:
Must hold a postgraduate degree in Education or a related field with at least seven years of relevant school management experience.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred for administrative roles in Gujarat schools.
Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Experience in handling conflicts, motivating staff, and maintaining a positive school environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software for financial management.
Knowledge of school management software and digital platforms used by Billabong High International School | Vadodra.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Salary and Location:
The VICE PRINCIPAL position offers a competitive salary of Rs.80,000 to Rs.100,000 per month. The role is based in Vadodra, Gujarat, with the opportunity for travel as needed for school-related duties.
