Recurring Responsibilities
Planning and executing weekly lesson plans aligned with the state curriculum. Conducting formative assessments and providing constructive feedback. Managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborating with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects.
Periodic Responsibilities
Preparing and grading end‑of‑term examinations and semester tests. Participating in faculty meetings to discuss curriculum updates and student progress. Organizing and supervising school events such as debates, drama festivals, and literary competitions. Updating parents on student performance through reports and meetings.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in English or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Experience Required
3 years of proven teaching experience in English at the secondary level, ideally in a Gujarati school environment.
