Daily review of student progress through quizzes and assignments helps tailor instruction effectively.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle involve assessing student performance through exams and continuous evaluation. Collaborating with the subject coordinator to refine teaching methods and curriculum alignment is also part of the role. Regular parent-teacher interactions help address academic and behavioral concerns, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Periodic responsibilities include attending departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and resource allocation. Organizing workshops or guest lectures on advanced Accountancy topics strengthens students’ knowledge. Ensuring compliance with school policies and maintaining updated teaching resources is essential for sustained success.
To qualify, a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, with a postgraduate qualification in Accountancy or a related field. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in Accountancy or commerce, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred for this role.
