You will prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum, incorporating interactive methods to boost student participation. Daily classroom instruction includes grammar, literature, vocabulary development, and language skills. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
Teach grammar exercises, reading passages, writing assignments, and oral communication skills. Maintain a structured classroom environment, ensuring discipline and a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate English lessons into interdisciplinary activities.
Engage students with creative projects, debates, and storytelling sessions to enhance their linguistic abilities. Keep records of student performance and submit reports as required by the school. Ensure compliance with teaching standards and school policies regarding lesson planning and assessment.
Qualifications: A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience in English is preferred. No TET/CTET certification is necessary for this role.
Salary: The selected candidate will receive Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and performance. Full-time employment is offered with benefits as per school policy.
