Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum improvements and student performance trends. Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate English skills across different subjects. Ensure compliance with school policies on assessment and grading.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching skills in English pedagogy. Review and submit term-end reports on student performance and areas needing improvement. Participate in school events, such as poetry recitals, debates, or literary fairs, to promote English culture.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in English or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum four years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a similar subject. Possession of TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
Salary and Location
