Role Summary
Maitree International School in Gurugram, Haryana seeks a highly motivated and experienced NTT English Teacher to lead our English department.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a senior member of the Maitree International School's English department, you will be responsible for curriculum development and implementation, mentoring junior staff members, improving board results, monitoring student progress, assessing student performance, developing and leading staff training programs, conducting workshops for teachers, collaborating with other departments to integrate English skills, and contributing to the school's English language policy.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a B.Ed degree and at least 5 years of teaching experience. A NET or SET qualification is preferred. You should also have a proven track record of improving student performance and a strong understanding of the NTT English Teacher role.
