About This Role (immediate joining preferred)
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Sector 92 Gurugram requires an experienced PGT English Teacher to join their faculty immediately. As an English Teacher Job in Gurugram, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in English literature and language.
What You Will Do
- Teach English to students from Class 6 to 10.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and exams.
- Develop and implement engaging teaching methods to improve student outcomes.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching approaches.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials.
- Participate in professional development to enhance subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in English or related subject.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
- Teaching experience of at least 3 years in a school setting.
- Preferably CTET/ TET certified.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of Rs.45,000 - Rs.63,000 per month, negotiable for strong candidates. The salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development.
